An ode to a time when music journalism was sincere and without irony…. I contributed article ideas, writing and primarily oversaw our Art Direction and feel. One day I’d love to see our grand return in this medium….

Production Notes:

This collaboration was one of the most fun projects I got to work on with some dear friends. I teamed up with Patrick McGowan as lead writer, Tejas Patel as contributor and video editor, and Robert Schlorff 3 to focus on all things Hip Hop and absurd from 2017-2018.

Marrying tales of the mundane, real-life occurrences pulled from the headlines and a healthy dose of absurdity – I feel we really carved out a niche in Hip-Hop journalism that I’ve yet to see.
